Lead Designer

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Part or full time position available

  • Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery

  • Ability to facilitate the design process with strong oversight by coordinating with clients, builders, and architects.

  • Proficiency in developing and preparing high quality drawings, models, images, and materials related to design projects.

  • Has a well-developed eye for designing spaces.

  • Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications.

  • Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation.

  • Work independently to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.

  • Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff.

  • Produce mood, material and design presentations independently

Junior Designer

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-5 years experience

  • Part or full time position available

  • Ability to take on a support role in the design process, assisting with sourcing and compiling materials for design projects, and eager to take the lead on tasks assigned by the other designers.

  • Efficiency in creating hand and computer renderings, drawings, models, images, and preparing materials related to the design process. Has experience drawing construction sets and assisting with compiling FF&E packages.

  • Has experience with or is interested in sourcing new and innovative materials including plumbing, hardware, wall, ceiling, and floor finishes, etc.

  • Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Possesses excellent communication skills, grammar, and vocabulary (both written and verbal)

Procurement Specialist

What we’re looking for:

  • Part or full time position available

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently

  • Manage all purchases for both the Design Firm and Shop, maintain the account lists and passwords/user ID for accounts to be uploaded to our sheet and Ivy, support the design team for pricing and proposal stages of the project. 

  • Schedule installation, delivery, coordination, of each project install, assist with the completion and communicate of progress to clients/designers/Operations Manager.

  • Good Management Skills: Assist designer in the coordination and information from products ordered to assemble and maintain project binders, monitor and maintain the production schedule of items and update the design team, on a weekly basis.

  • Raise and discuss relevant issues at meetings.

  • Project Support: Keep the project manager updated so that accounting is able to invoice ASAP for merchandise. This includes, but not limited to status checks, receiving items, inactivating items, returning items to inventory that are not approved by the client.

  • Returns/Damages: Help Design Team to manage any damaged items and or returns, with support, connect with the purchasing vender and provide all information required for the return, set up return and or transportation of items for the return, complete item return/damaged forms and forward to appropriate personnel for follow up.
